• Template Name (required)

• Redundancy (High, Mirrored, or Unprotected levels) option buttons

• Striped (Fine or Coarse granularity) option buttons

• Extent Regions

  • Primary: Hot or Cold

  • Mirror: Hot or Cold

On the right side of the page are Show SQL, Cancel, and OK buttons.
